My job has kept pace with the company's evolution, responding to new requirements, changes in processes, products and markets. But the core business and my main role have always remained the same: to deliver a finished product that matches the customer's requirements within the initial timeframe and to manage itslife cycle thereafter.
I work in well-defined geographical areas which means that I can build on my knowledge of the markets and consumer expectations, and thus be a source of ideas to better support our customers. »
« I don't really have one. I start each day by reading my emails to check for urgent matters, working mostly on the international export and because of the time difference, many of them arrive during the night.
Afterwards, my days are punctuated by monitoring ongoing projects backed by the teams who work on them and tracking the associated reviews, to make sure that the deadlines are met. Leading internal meetings or meetings with customers to share, exchange and collect needs, which involves a great deal of collaboration with the sales managers.
There is also the daily management of the customer relations, involving various questions on products, support and advice, particularly with regard to the development of their packaging.
It's not routine, no two days are alike. »

Adaptability: good mental agility, switching quickly from one subject to another without losing the thread. Project management is also frequently full of unforeseen events and you need to be able to bounce back, remain positive and be solution-oriented.
