« I help develop skills, especially for the recruitment of employees and the aspects of the training. »
« In 2009, I came to Eurotab on a work placement scheme on a retraining course in the accounts department. Then I had a second work placement at Eurotab, but this time as a trainee in the Human Resources department.
I finished my placement on the Friday and on the Monday Eurotab contacted me to come back on a temporary contract. During my work placement, I was in charge of all training and the management of certain HR files, and I also worked both as a receptionist and switchboard operator.. I was on a temporary contract for a year before signing a permanent contract.
So I have been with Eurotab for 14 years.
« I don’t really have typical days. Working in human resources means taking on a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis! When I arrive in the morning, I check my mails and participate in the department meeting at 9h15, like every morning. This meeting allows us to check the status of current HR issues and the day's priorities, as we often have urgent work in addition to the longer-term projects.. Some periods are busier than others, for example when creating a training plan or organising annual interviews.
My days are never the same; they are punctuated by the integration of new employees, recruitment interviews, managing employee training and helping to organise internal events. I'm extremely involved in all the company's cohesion projects. I'm committed to staying as close as possible to our employees.
I also provide HR support at our disinfection site in Saint Rambert. »
« Many qualities are needed but I would mention rigour, empathy and responsiveness.
« As you can see from my experiences, I like being part of a company that offers employees the opportunity to develop, one that trusts its employees and that as kept the atmosphere of a family company. It's also easy to combine your professional life with your personal life and be flexible at work. Eurotab really is a great company! »
« As well as enjoying my job, my motivation comes from the atmosphere with my colleagues and the exchanges I have with the other departments. »
« I started studying again at 40 years old to become more proficient in human resources. In addition to my job at Eurotab, I studied to to take a BTEC Higher Diploma and then a professional degree. My project was to renew our system of forecasting jobs and skills, which was too complex and more no longer suited to the company's needs.
In 13 months, I obtained 2 diplomas! »
« I”m quite dynamic and need to keep occupied. I like travelling, sport, hiking, cooking and organising events for family and friends as well as for work! My family is also very important to me. »
