PROFESSIONAL EQUALITY INDEX 2024

 

Every year, all companies with at least 50 employees are required to calculate the gender equality index for the workplace, declare it and publish it by March 1st. This index enables the companies concerned to assess their level of equality between men and women on 100 points, based on precise indicators. 

With its excellent score of 83/100, Eurotab is still committed to reducing inequalities between men and women in 2024, and confirms its ambition to be increasingly transparent and focused on its employees. We are proud of our values!

For the Eurotab workforce, this index is calculated based on 4 indicators, the results of which are shown below:

THE GENDER PAY GAP: 38/40 

 

 
THE GAP IN THE RATE OF INDIVIDUAL INCREASES: 25/35

All employees received an increase during the reference period.

INCREASES ON RETURN FROM MATERNITY OR ADOPTION LEAVE: 15/15

Employees benefit from salary increases throughout their maternity or adoption leave, under the same conditions as the company's other employees.

EQUALITY AMONG THE 10 HIGHEST EARNERS: 5/10
